As you explore the Mountain of Imprisonment in Phantom Blade Zero, you'll come across quite a few troubled NPCs who have an insatiable need to climb the mountain and visit the Lady of the Veil. However, some of these more lucid characters still have their wits about them, and one such NPC is Liu Yi.
They give you some info about a nearby lift missing a crank that can take you right to the top of the mountain. But they also start talking about Moji's lost relics that happen to be on the mountain and ask the player to be on the lookout for them. Where To Start Hero's Lament
You'll find Li Yiu in a cage along the path leading to the Cavern Passage Bell. Open their cage and they'll have a few dialogue options. Exhaust them and they'll task you with finding Moji's lost items at the summit of the mountain.
How To Get Moji's Lost Sword
To get your hands on Moji's Lost Sword, you'll have to do several things before you'll be able to get anywhere near this item.
Firstly, you will need to defeat Bi Feng, Giant Saber Commander. An agile and aggressive boss that forces you to have your red, blue, and grey attack responses down to a fine art. Defeating them will earn you a new weapon called Juggernaut and will allow you to progress up the mountain. But don't go running off just yet.
You'll want to look around the immediate area. Climb the watchtower near a small building and then jump down into the hole in the roof of said building. This will grant you access to an area behind where you'll find a Detached Cage Lever, which will be vitally important later.
After this, you'll likely come to a point on your approach to the summit where you need to find the Shrine Gate Key. This is located in the area marked on the map above, where you'll find a series of hanging cages, some containing rare materials, one containing Cui's Grandfather, and, if you happen to have the Detached Cage Lever, one that can be lowered to obtain Moji's Lost Sword.
Quest Rewards
After obtaining this weapon, you can head back to Liu Yi, who will be exactly where you left them. Give them the sword, and in a freak turn of events, he will perform seppuku on himself to cleanse the sword.
This will reward the player with a new weapon called Ink Cut. A Phantom Edge that allows you to perform a sword attack combo with extended range, and the option to end the combo early to leave a spinning, detonating blade on the battlefield.
