How to get the Terror of the Night Mount
The Terror of the Night mount is a reward from the Vigilante Achievement. To get the mount and the achievement you will need to complete the six weekly quests known as Warrants. These become available once you have reached level three with The K’aresh Trust renown. Each Warrant is given to the player in a random order so there isn’t any “correct” path to the achievement and mount.
When you have completed all of the Warrants you will receive the mount in your mailbox.

These weekly Warrant quests can be found and started next to Constable Zo’ardaz, in the middle of Tazavesh, in K'aresh.

How the Weekly Warrant Quests Work
Each weekly Warrant requires you to complete three small quests to gain access to an item that will let you kill each of the rares tied to the achievement.
While this mount is technically time-gated, you can actually skip the six week long grind and buy the items rewarded from the quests directly from the Auction House.
Important: It isn’t clear if this is intended, and this could be changed at any time, but if you would like to buy the items, they will be listed below along with all the quests required if you decide not to buy the items.
Warrant Quests and Rare Spawn Quest Items
The table below breaks down the Warrants, the quests you need to complete as part of that Warrant and the Item that is rewarded. These items are then used to start the quest and spawn the rare you need to then kill.
Each of these quests will also give you reputation with the new Renown Faction, The K’aresh Trust, so you can also start making progress to the renown locked mounts such as Ruby Void Creeper and Terror of the Wastes.
