Inquisitor Whitemane Mission Guide

This guide focuses on the Heroic Inquisitor Whitemane encounter in Lordaeron but also works for the normal version.

Other minis and map mechanics

Whitemane and Mograine need to be killed within a short time of each other, or they will resurrect/shield and heal each other to full. You have an 11-second window to take them both out.

Inquisitor Whitemane:

• 3077 health
• Resistant, Unstoppable
• Penance: 140 Elemental damage, 1.8 seconds attack speed, 9 range
• Resurrect (cast on Mograine if he dies): Takes 11 seconds, a further 2 seconds cooldown, resurrects and fully heals the target
• In Heroic, Whitemane has 100% Lifesteal

Scarlet Commander Mograine:

• 3077 health
• Armored, Unstoppable
• Sword hit: 120 Physical damage, 1.8 seconds attack speed, cannot hit flying minis
• Anti Air: 100 Physical damage, 2.0 seconds attack speed, 8 range
• Consecrate (cast upon death): 20 Elemental damage every 0.25 seconds, 8 radius
• Lay on Hands (cast on Whitemane if she is about to die): Takes 11 seconds, a further 2 seconds cooldown, shields the target and then fully heals it
• In Heroic, Mograine has 100% Lifesteal

General strategy

You want to kill Mograine first because when he dies, he dies. Your minis that attacked him will try to attack Whitemane while Whitemane is resurrecting Mograine. If you try to kill Whitemane first, Mograine will shield her and she will still be able to act while being healed.

Prowler is the superstar of the encounter because Mograine consecrates the ground when he dies and Prowler can quickly charge out of it and hit Whitemane.

Send Chimaera and Prowler towards Mograine. As they approach, tank Mograine with Earth Elemental.

Tank Whitemane with Quilboar and deal damage to her with Worgen.

This leaves you with one flex slot in your army.
