Mini costs
- Charlga has two decks: a mini pile and a cost pile
- At the start of the game, both piles are shuffled independently
- Every mini in your hand costs the same, and you can see the next cost together with the next mini
- When you play a mini, the mini goes to the bottom of the mini pile, and the mini’s original cost - not the cost you play it for - goes to the bottom of the cost pile
- Surge minis add a cost that uses all of your gold to the cost pile
Root attack
- Roots ground minis, but not flying minis
- Disables Towers for the duration of the channel
- 4 ticks per second, 6 seconds channel
- Deals 2% of target's health + 6 damage per tick (but see the note about percentage damage scaling)

- Minis: 2%, ±0.2% per level
- Buildings: 2%, ±0.2% per level
- Barracks: 0.5%, ±0.05% per level
- Bosses: 1%, ±0.1% per level
- Raid bosses: 0.25%, ±0.025% per level
- No minimum values, so a -10 Charlga loses all percentage damage
