The Blood of Dawnwalker prides itself on how decisions can affect your core experience. Which is showcased by how many endings the player can discover based on their actions.
There are a grand total of seven endings that you can achieve, and each of one of them requires a specific set of circumstances or some rather outlandish behaviour to achieve.
So, to help you find them all, here is a list of all the endings and how to earn each one.

Vale Sangora becomes a chaotic wild west with no one to rule over the people. |
| The Manumit | Complete all Manumit quests up to Who Pulls the Strings |
|
Coen defeats Brencis with the help of the Manumits. Catalin Dragosti claims the throne and begins a new rule of tyranny much like Skender, with taxes aplenty. |
| The Patricide | Complete all Lacra quests |
|
Coen defeats Brencis with the aid of Lacra. The fate of Vale Sangora is similar to that of the Folk Hero ending. With no one to rule, chaos reigns. |
Note: It is worth mentioning that, no matter what ending you choose, there is no way to change the fate of your sister Lunka. However, almost every other character can have alternate endings.
The Coward's Ending

The Coward's Ending is one that you can get very early in the game. All you need to do is travel to the broken bridge near the Coward's Path Shrine, but only do this at night. Then use your Shadowstep ability to leap across the bridge.
Then, as you approach the bridge, you will be given the option to stay or to leave the valley forever. Doing so will earn you the 'Hero They Deserve' achievement.

The 'Together Forever' Ending

The Together Forever achievement is incredibly easy to miss, as you need to go out of your way during a side quest to make it happen. When you are in the midst of the 'Home Sweet Home' questline. You'll need to complete the dream loop five times.
Then, upon the fifth loop, your family will stop you leaving the home, and you will be trapped within the dream forever, succumbing to Aurelius' trance, and likely becoming one of those cursed clay gargoyles.

The 'In The Nick of Time' Ending

This ending applies to all other endings listed from here on out, but only if you meet the particular criteria. All you need to do to earn this ending is complete any of the following endings within the 30-day window allocated from after the prologue onwards.
The 'Out of Time' Ending

Conversely, if you fail to get one of the endings listed below within that 30 day period, you'll earn an ending with no achievement attached. The ending where you'll still be able to take down Brencis. But your family will be dead by the time you do.
The 'Deal With The Devil' Ending

The Deal with the Devil ending is one that can only be achieved if you subdue all the Boyars. Which means you need to complete The Guilded Gauntlet, The Cycle Of Love, and The Lunar Game. At which point, Brencis will make contact through a messenger informing Coen that he wishes to meet with him at Shrike's Crag.
Here, you'll make a deal with Brencis, where you will need to head to the Manumit hideout and mark it for Brencis. In return, you and your family will be allowed to live in Laslea in peace, excempt from the blood tax.
This deal with the devil ending can still be achieved, even if you proceed with Lacra or Crake's quest right to the end. As you'll be given the chance to betray them.
Note: Defeating the Boyars and not taking Brencis deal means that you will have a significantly easier end-game finale. As guards will flee without their Boyars, you won't have to fight the Boyars in the form of boss fights, and you'll avoid needing to solve Xanthe's trap puzzle.
The Deal Gone Wrong Ending

If you meet with Brencis at Shrike's Crag, and choose to fight them during this parley, you will be able to defeat Brencis and earn the Folk Hero ending. However, due to the circumstances, Brencis' soldiers will kill your father, and the rest of your family will be killed. Ensuring you get the worst possible ending.
The Beginner's Luck Ending

This is more of a 'cool it exists' ending than one that is actually worth seeking out. Especially as there is no achievement attached to this one.
Players during their initial fight with Brencis can defeat them in their first phase, which will see them take you to the Anachora, where you'll find his final form, essentially skipping to the final fight of the entire game.
Succeed against the odds, and you'll receive an ending quite similar to the Folk Hero ending, albeit with a lot fewer details to buff out the epilogue, as you'll have been a Dawnwalker for a matter of minutes.
The Folk Hero Ending

To earn what I like to call the Yes-Man ending. Which is essentially the ending where you forgo all help from allies and decide to take down Brencis all by yourself. You need to first find the side door key to Greifburg Tower.
This is located at a camp east of the city, and you'll need to take down a formidable boss. Or you could just hop the wall on any given night if you're feeling super confident.
Once you do this, you can sneak into the castle and begin the finale all on your own.
This ending sees Coen take down Brencis with no aid from any faction or ally. This ultimately leads to him saving his family, minus his mother, but at the cost of his sister Lunka, who must be turned into a Vhakhiri to be saved from becoming a Murohn. Sending Coen on a quest away from Vale Sangora, leaving his father and the rest of his siblings to fend for themselves.
The Manumit Ending

The Manumit Ending will see you join forces with Crake's rebels and the young Prince Catalin, storming Brencis's nearby stronghold, and then using a secret passage to enter Greifburg Tower. After the initial quest involving Catalin, this finale then plays out largely like the Folk Hero and Patricide endings.
The key differences are that there is a scene where you will need to decide whether to help save Catalin, which will in turn decide if Crake lives or dies. Plus, the Boyar order will change slightly, and the place where the first stage of the final battle takes place will also be altered.
The Patricide Ending

Lastly, we have the Patricide Ending, which will see you set off at night through the ancient ruins below the city to find a way into Greifburg Castle. This will also see you destroy Brencis' Blood Ritual, turning the castle into a house of the undead, and killing all the prisoners within the castle aside from your family in the process.
Aside from the slightly different opening to this quest, it mainly follows the standard path of the finale seen in the other two quests that have you confront Brencis at the castle. The key differences are more supernatural enemies, help from Lacra throughout, and a need to do some shadowstepping to platform around the castle as the Anachora takes over.
