Village of Lu Cellar Location
The cellar can be found in the Village of Lu by taking a bit of a drop near the bell in the map screenshot above. Here you will find a ladder, which you can descend to find a path leading to a locked door - the cellar.
Finding the key isn't some quick trip around the corner either; you'll need to progress through several points of the main story. You can begin this by interacting with the bodies near the Village of Lu well.
Doing so will give you the prompt to find all three bodies, which will be picked up as you make your way through the Village of Lu main progression path and face key bosses including Master Bai Hai, Yuzan, Mu Xiaokui, and Iron Fiend/Jade Dancer.
How to Get the Village of Lu Cellar Key
You must first reach the point where you remove the blockade of threads on the Village of Lu well, opening up the path to find the Smuggling Tunnel, and then the Puppet Training Ground. Within the Puppet Training Ground area, there is a prisoner locked within a cell that you may have noticed, as indicated in the image above.
You can find the key to his cell on a table in a room nearby. This exact location has been marked on the map screenshot below.
Grab the key (Tunnel Cage Key) and return to the prisoner's cell to unlock it. Speak with him, and he will show his gratitude by giving you the Village of Lu Cellar key.
You can now simply head back to the closest bell and fast travel your way back to the cellar. Use the key to unlock it and follow the path into the room. There will be one enemy inside that you will need to take out first, but once this is taken care of, you'll be free to grab all of the loot from around the room.
