Mancy's Ensidia: The 4.3 Roster and Final Firelands Raids

Article originally posted on Manaflask

Welcome to another edition of Mancy's Ensidia! In this week's article you can read all about our first ever 3x HC 25man Rag kills, check out Ensidia members' professionalism and class knowledge as well as English lessons by... me, and last but not least, our new roster for 4.3.

Alright, first off, for the last week of Firelands (since this blog covers the days between 23rd and 30th) we decided to do 3 25-man HC raids for the first time. We had to bring some really, really, REALLY skanky characters so we were kinda scared that we'd horribly fail. The reason for the 3 raids you ask? Well, our luck with maces has been horrendous. Seriously, horrendous. We never ever get aces. We have like 1 drop ever since we started farming Firelands? So yeah, with progress coming, we felt we needed to boost our chances a bit.

So we start. Surprisingly enough, everything goes smoothly. Like, really smoothly. Even though we have some new people in the raid that have never ever killed heroic Ragnaros, we manage to kill Rag in all 3 raids with only a very small amount of wipes. During raid 3, Eme, another new Mage of ours wanted to show some great signs of intelligence and follow Milance's example:

I know I'm not saying much about our raids, but there really isn't much to say either. No standout fails of our favorite starplayers and generally nothing truly exciting happened. But, besides raiding, you could see that everyone was getting ready for the new patch. Fixing new gear, new specs, reforging, maximising everything. Two examples are Dunder and Kayrin. Dunder acquired his mace after our Rag kills and chose to enchant it with this:

Nice glow, he said. Kayrin on the other hand chose to gem his amazing item with this:

Those people are obviously professionals and know everything about their classes. Another great incident involved Khorta. He used to be in the guild in the past as a Priest and now rejoined as a Mage. He hates me and I hate him, pretty much like everyone else in Ensidia, so I like to tease him about his spelling, especially because he tends to get angry.

Finally, as I promised, here's our current roster for 4.3 (5/12)
