The Vivid Choloroceros & Elder Glowmite are new mounts in the Midnight expansion. To be able to gain these mounts you will need to collect a new currency called Luminous Dust, then purchase them from a vendor. The Luminous Dust comes from a new mini treasure in Harandar called Glowing Moths.

Glowmites slowly grow larger as they age. This one has lived a long, full life.

How to get the Vivid Chloroceros & Elder Glowmite Mount
Each Glowing Moth will give you 1 Luminous Dust. Overall there are 120 Glowing Moths that you can find, but some Glowing Moths are locked behind the Hara’ti renown reputation. So in order to collect enough Luminous Dust, and therefore to purchase the Elder Glowmite Mount you will need to reach Renown Level 9. This gives you access to all 3 sets of Moths.

Collecting Moths
The Glowing Moths come in 3 separate sets and contain 40 Glowing Moths in each set:
- Set 1 unlocks at Renown 1
- Set 2 unlocks at Renown 4
- Set 3 unlocks at Renown 9
Note: If you don’t have the required Renown Level for Moth Set 2 or Set 3, they won’t appear in their spawn locations.

The Moths are only found in Harandar, and are generally pretty spread out around the zone.
Note: The Moths will also appear on your minimap a few Renown Levels after they unlock.
Collecting the Moths itself is very easy, there are generally only a few where you may have to fight some mobs close to them; it can just be a little time consuming since there are 120 in total. But if you do them as you unlock the next Set of Moths with renown, it's only 40 moths per session.
Purchase the Mounts from the Vendor
You can only purchase the mounts after collecting a certain amount of Glowing Moths, with each mount costing 10 Luminous Dust:
- Vivid Chloroceros - Requires you to find 50 Glowing Moths before you can purchase it.
- Elder Glowmite - Requires you to find all 120 Glowing Moths before being able to purchase it.
Once you have found the required amount of Glowing Moths to collect enough Luminous Dust for one or both of the mounts, head to Mothkeeper Wew’tam. She is the Moth Mount Vendor, and can be found in The Den, which is a large cave in the center of Harandar.
