Where Is The Portal Room In Fatekeeper?
Where is the Portal Room in Fatekeeper? The Portal Room is found by heading downstairs from the main room of the first house, following the stairs past the spiderwebs, and going down into the cave below. Interact with the small pillar at the bottom to begin the quest.
Once you find the house, you need to follow these steps to make it to the Portal Room. If you've entered the house from the front (with the campfire ahead), swing a right. Then follow the stairs down, past all the spiderwebs, into the creepy cave.
Down here, you will eventually find a small pillar which you need to interact with to start the quest.
Follow the steps from here for the quest to be completed. This section acts as a sort of combat tutorial, with the return to the house being a simple process. There is another location we need to find on our return, which the game has as an optional objective, but it's worth finding.
Finding the Alchemy Table In Fatekeeper
The Alchemy Table is listed as an optional objective, but it is well worth finding early. Here is how to get there from the Portal Room:
- Head back up the stairs you came down from.
- Once on the top floor, face towards the map room and turn right.
- Head outside into the courtyard.
- Follow the path downwards towards the stream.
- You will spot a small path branching off to the left. Follow it down, and you will find the Alchemy Table at the end.
Once you have grabbed that, head back to the Map Table in the first room you entered to advance the next quest.
