World of Warcraft’s eleventh expansion, Midnight, is launching soon. Here’s everything you need to know before diving in.
Midnight Expansion Release Date & Time
Early Access for Midnight launches at 3:00 PM PST on February 26 for players who have purchased the Epic Edition. The full regular launch is on March 2 at 3:00 PM PST, just a few days later.
Four New Zones
Midnight introduces four new zones that players will journey through while leveling to 90: Eversong Woods, Zul’Aman, Harandar, and Voidstorm. The campaign begins in Eversong Woods and progresses through each zone, ultimately culminating in the Voidstorm.
Eversong Woods
In Midnight, Eversong Woods has been fully redesigned from its original version in The Burning Crusade and merged with Ghostlands into one cohesive leveling experience.
The Blood Elf capital, Silvermoon City, is located here and serves as the primary hub for storytelling and player progression.
Zul’Aman
Veteran players may remember Zul’Aman as a 10-player raid from The Burning Crusade. In Midnight, it has been expanded into a full outdoor zone, serving as the homeland of the Amani trolls.
Harandar
Harandar is a lush jungle. The new allied race, the Haranir, are native to this zone.
Voidstorm
The Voidstorm is the final of the four initial zones introduced in Midnight. As its name suggests, it is home to a wide array of void creatures and serves as the domain of Xal’atath.
New Dungeons
Across these four zones, players will encounter eight new dungeons:
- Windrunner Spire - Eversong Woods
- Magister’s Terrace - Isle of Quel’Danas
- Murder Row - Silvermoon City
- Den of Nalorakk - Zul’Aman
- Maisara Caverns - Zul’Aman
- Blinding Vale - Harandar
- Nexus-Point Xenas - Voidstorm
- Voidscar Arena - Voidstorm

Additionally, Midnight introduces 11 new delves, including a seasonal Delve called “Nemesis Delve” that you can do during Midnight Season 1.
- The Shadow Enclave - Eversong Woods
- Collegiate Calamity - Eversong Woods
- Parhelion Plaza - Isle of Quel’Danas
