The Council of Dornogal is one of the main renown faction in The War Within. The faction vendor is Auditor Balwurz who can be found in Foundation Hall in Dornogal. He sells two mounts, the Shale Ramolith and the Smouldering Cinderbee.

How to get the Council of Dornogal Renown Vendor Mounts
To purchase these mounts you need to earn level 18 renown for the Shale Ramolith and level 23 renown for the Smouldering Cinderbee, with The Council of Dornogal. When you reach these levels, you unlock the ability to purchase the respective mount in exchange for Resonance Crystals.

Earn Council of Dornogal Reputation
Reputation with the Council of Dornogal can be earned by completing quests and activities on the Isle of Dorn.
The reputation sources can be divided into two categories:
- One-Time Reputation Sources: These can be earned once per account.
- Repeatable Reputation Sources: These can be repeated on a weekly basis.
One-Time Reputation Sources:
- Campaign Quest Line: Complete the main Isle of Dorn Story Quests
- Complete the Side Quests on the Isle of Dorn (the last quest of the quest chain rewards you with Council of Dornogal reputation)
- Collect Treasures on the Isle of Dorn
- Find Lore Items on the Isle of Dorn
Repeatable Reputation Sources:
- Weekly Dungeon Quest
- Theater Troupe Weekly World Event: Located just outside the south entrance of Dornogal (/way Isle of Dorn 56.43 51.36)
- Kill Rares: Each Rare rewards reputation once per week.
- World Quests: Resets multiple times per week
- Contract: Council of Dornogal. Can be made using Inscription or bought on the Auction House, when active, complete World Quests with your characters to earn bonus reputation with the Council of Dornogal.
The Weekly Dungeon Quest is available from Biergoth in Dornogal, this NPC is located in the Weekly Quest Hub of Dornogal (/way 46.4, 48.2) and lets you select 1500 reputation with one of the available The War Within Renown factions of your choosing. In this case, we want to take the Council of Dornogal reputation.

Purchase the Mounts
Once the correct amount of renown has been earned, the mounts may be purchased from Auditor Balwurz, the Council of Dornogal Renown vendor. Auditor Balwurz is located in Foundation Hall in Dornagal.
