Horrific Visions are making a comeback in Patch 11.1.5, and with them another returning feature is Corruptions. Corruptions are returning as Helm Enchants, although a lot weaker than their previous implementation, these are still going to be a significant throughput gain.
We have detailed how to unlock them, where to purchase them and a list of what they do.
How to Unlock Corruption Helmet Enchants
To Start unlocking the corruption helmet enchants, you need to start the quest Borrowing Corruption, which you can pick up from Augmeru, who is located in Dornogal near the Coreway.

The quest is to collect 8 Black Blood Residue, which you obtain from clearing side areas in horrific visions. If you manage to complete a full run you will receive 4 of these, meaning you will need to complete 2 full runs to complete this Quest. Completing this quest unlocks the lesser variants of the helmet enchants.
Easy Way to Get Corruption Enchants Week 1
In the first week, completing a full run can be quite challenging. If you just want to get your Corruption Helmet Enchants as soon as possible, you should focus on killing the side bosses and repeating that process until you have completed the quest and can purchase the enchants. You can still loot the chests at the end when you die, so you don't need to rush back to kill the end boss of the Horrific Vision, just prioritise killing as many side bosses as possible.
You should spend your Displaced Corrupted Mementos on the Hourglass unlocks as quickly as possible to help make killing the side bosses easier. If you are relatively efficient at doing this, it should take you around an hour or less to complete, meaning you can hopefully get your Corruption Enchants quite quickly.
Important: The next section can not be completed on week 1, as the quest Enhancing Corruption is not available on week 1.
Once you have completed Borrowing Corruption, Augmeru will give you the Enhancing Corruption quest. To complete this quest you need to collect 8 Black Blood Coagulate. Completing Enhancing Corruption will unlock the Greater Corruption Helmet Enchants.
Where to Purchase Corruption Helmet Enchants
Once you have unlocked the lesser or greater Corruption Helmet Enchants, Augmeru will then sell them. We have listed all of the enchants sold by Augmeru below. We have included the cost and what they do.

With Corruptions now being a helm enchant you will no longer be able to stack multiple or even different corruptions. Although, you can easily switch between different ones by purchasing a new one from Augmeru. A nice change is you will no longer need to deal with the negative side effects of running corruptions you had in battle for Azeroth.
