Housing Endeavours Overview Guide

Housing Endeavours Overview Guide

Written by Roguery - 22nd January 2026

Housing Endeavours are a new feature included in Midnight. It’s a themed event that runs continuously in your neighbourhood and changes once a month. There is a large variety of different endeavors and each has its own unique housing rewards.

In this guide we will go over the different types of endeavours, how to participate and how you set an endeavour.

How an Endeavour is Picked

Depending on if you are in a private neighbourhood or a public neighbourhood, the active endeavour will differ. A private neighbourhood will have a specific endeavour chosen by the Neighbourhood Manager.

Public neighbourhoods will have a random one selected by the server (these are not consistent across factions, regions or servers). Keep in mind that you can have 2 different player houses so you can have access to two sets of endeavour rewards each month.

Priority Endeavours are special and link to in-game events such as patch releases or holidays. These will override the normal endeavours, or rather not give you a choice of which endeavour to pick.

This means that in some months everyone in game will be doing the same endeavour, the priority one. And in other months different neighbourhoods will be doing different things.

Types of Endeavour

There are a total of 10 currently datamined endeavours, all of which have a corresponding zone. This means that when a zones endeavour is active mobs and activities will scale to your level.

For example if the Friend of the Grummles endeavour is active, there will be a portal to Kun-Lai Summit and all mobs and quests in Kun-Lai will scale to your characters current level. So Sha of Anger will be a max level boss requiring a full raid group to take down and will no longer be soloable.

Below we have listed out each of the endeavour types and the corresponding zone.

Participating in Endeavours

Once your neighbourhood has an active endeavour you can participate in it by opening the housing window (default key “h”). At the top you can click on the endeavours tab, this window is very reminiscent of the trading post rewards.

There will be a list of tasks to the left, and most of them will be tied to the active zone. When you and the other people in your neighbourhood complete tasks the bar at the top gets filled. Each milestone in the bar will unlock additional rewards on the endeavour vendors. We have listed out all the vendor rewards in our Endeavor Vendor Rewards Guide.

Completing tasks will also reward Community Coupons. This is the currency used to purchase Decor items from Endeavour Vendors. Which means you have to participate in the endeavour to be able to buy things, though you can also save coupons for another month. The Community Coupons are warbound, meaning you can send them between your characters.

You receive bonuses for doing some of the tasks grouped together with other players in your neighbourhood.

Endeavours look to be fun community events for you to participate in with your Neighbourhood, we hope this guide helped you understand what to expect from endeavours and how to take part.
