Tier Set
- (2) Set Bonus: Consuming Clearcasting grants increased spell damage by 2% for 20 sec, stacking up to 10%.
- (4) Set Bonus: After consuming Clearcasting 3 times, your next Arcane Missiles consumes Arcane Battery, dealing 150% increased damage to your primary target and fires at up to 4 nearby enemies dealing 100% increased damage.
Trinkets
With Season 4 Awakened Raids and the introduction of the new Antique Bronze Bullion system, we will gain access to a new (returning) selection of trinkets and weapons from across Dragonflight.
However, at the time of writing this, it’s hard to pinpoint which ones are going to be the best, with Blizzard making tuning before the patch was live and also during patch week. With that in mind, this is what I'd recommend are the best 3 items to get for both Mythic+ and Raid.
For Raid:
- Irideus Fragment: by far the best Arcane trinket.
- Ominous Chromatic Essence: good old statstick (trinket get stronger the different stats people are using).
- Voice of the Fallen Star: the Sarkareth Cloak if you want to go for Damage, if you don’t want to lose the Health then you could go for any weapon or any other stat you’d be missing.
For M+:
- Irideus Fragment - by far the best arcane trinket.
- Ominous Chromatic Essence - good old statstick (trinket get stronger with more people using it with different stats). If you don’t have other people in your party using this trinket take Vessel of Searing Shadow.
- Voice of the Fallen Star: the Sarkareth Cloak if you want to go for Damage, if you don’t want to lose the Health then you could go for any weapon or any other stat you’d be missing.
Embellishments
I will note the embellishments that recommend crafting (in order of value):
- 2x Shadowflame for the Raid with Crit and mastery (on any low piece of gear you have, boots and belt can be good options)
- Potion Absorption Inhibitor: Increase Potion duration by 50% (very strong in M+)
- Blue Silken Lining: Mastery buff while above 90% Health
- Alchemical Flavor Pocket: free embellishment that lets you keep your food buff through death, very good for M+ and Raid
