The new Plunderstorm Battle Royale game mode for WoW brings with it gear upgrades for your Dragonflight characters. You can also purchase a token that contains a random item level 454, Normal difficulty Amirdrassil, the Dreams Hope gear piece for only 18 copper!
When you reach level 5 renown with Keg Leg's Crew in Plunderstorm, you unlock access to buying from a vendor in the Retail version of World of Warcraft called Da’kash Grimledger.
Da’kash Grimledger is located at the back of the Valdrakken Inn, as well as being the Keg Leg's Crew Quartermaster, he also sells gear upgrade crests (Flightstones, Drake’s Dreaming Crests and Wyrm’s Dreaming Crests) and a random gear token (Pirates Booty).
At level 5 renown, you automatically get a quest called A Keg-Stamped Package when you next login to a WoW character. Completing the quest at the Inn in Valdrakken rewards you with 15 Keg-Stamped Coins. These coins can be traded for:
- Blackened Flightstone (1 Coin)
- Large Satchel of Drake's Dreaming Crests (2 Coins)
- Clutch of Wyrm's Dreaming Crests (3 Coins).
These Keg-Stamped Coins can be traded between characters on your account.
Da’kash Grimledger also sells Pirates Booty for 18 copper (requires level 70). You can only buy 1 of them per Battlenet account, and when opened, it rewards you with a random Season 3 gear item from Normal difficulty Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (Raid).
Remember: make sure to either buy this gear token, or send it to the character that can benefit from it on your account before using it, as the gear item it gives will be soulbound. The token is only account-bound before it has been used.
