Essences:

Major: Condensed Life-Force

Minors: Breath of the Dying, Crucible of Flame, Conflict and Strife

Boss Notes:

As a Demon Hunter you can use Vengeful Retreat to remove stacks of the Slow so you can move quite liberally on this fight.

Essences:

Major: Condensed Life-Force

Minors: Breath of the Dying, Crucible of Flame, Conflict and Strife

Boss Notes:

Not a whole lot you can do that's special on this fight as a Demon Hunter. You just have to figure out when your second set of cooldowns are needed.

Essences:

Major: Condensed Life-Force

Minors: Breath of the Dying, Crucible of Flame, Conflict and Strife

Boss Notes:

Again, not a whole lot you can do on this fight on Demon Hunter. You mostly just want to make sure you swap to the add when it spawns.

Essences:

Major: Condensed Life-Force

Minors: Breath of the Dying, Crucible of Flame, Conflict and Strife

Boss Notes:

As a Demon Hunter you can solo the orb mechanic, Void Ritual, but just because you can doesn’t mean you should as there are risks involved.

Since Demon Hunter has a ranged kick, you will likely be assigned to interrupt a far add. Use your mobility to get there ahead of time to kick it since this is the other mechanic that can wipe your raid.

Essences:

Major: Essence of the focusing iris, blood of the enemy or worldvein resonance

Minor: Breath of the Dying, Purification Protocol, Conflict and Strife

Boss Notes:

The major you should use is quite hotly debated if you look at the top of WarcraftLogs. Whatever major you pick, you should always use it on the small adds.

Shad'har the Insatiable

Essences:

Major: Condensed Life-Force

Minors: Breath of the Dying, Crucible of Flame, Conflict and Strife

Boss Notes:

As this is a fully single target fight with a short enrage timer, you will only get 2 uses of Metamorphosis, so you just want to time it the best you can with trinkets or something that allows you to dodge a mechanic.

Essences:

Major: Condensed Life-Force

Minors: Breath of the Dying, Crucible of Flame, Conflict and Strife

Boss Notes:

There's not a whole lot you can do on this fight, you just want to make sure you can get up Chaos Brand on every target that you are killing at the time.

On this fight, you will get 3 or 4 buffs of Void Infused Ichor so you can deal damage to the boss. You should have Metamorphosis and Condensed Life-Force for 2 of them and the others you just want to make sure you have an Eye Beam prepared.

Il'gynoth

100

Essences:

Major: Condensed Life-Force

Minors: Breath of the Dying, Crucible of Flame, Conflict and Strife

Boss Notes:

On Il’gynoth, there’s a decent amount of things you can do with the beams to take them through the middle. While in the middle of the silence pool in the boss, you can activate Netherwalk if you didn’t do it before walking in. You can also jump then Fel Rush to the side of the boss, and only take 1 tick of the silence pool, just make sure to not land in a beam.

Always save your cooldowns for the boss being alive, the eyes are essentially a reset phase.

Vexiona

Essences:

Major: Condensed Life-Force

Minors: Breath of the Dying, Crucible of Flame, Conflict and Strife

Boss Notes:

You will want to end up playing a piece with the Revolving Blades azerite trait as it gains the most value on fights like this.

You will want to use your high mobility to get as far away from the group as possible when you get Shadowy Residue. Your group will thank you.

Although you can play AoE centric talents and essences on this boss, I don’t recommend it. You almost never need to focus down the adds since they just die fast enough to consistent cleave.

Ra-den the Despoiled

Essences:

Major: Condensed Life-Force

Minors: Breath of the Dying, Crucible of Flame, Conflict and Strife

Boss Notes:

You can use Netherwalk to solo Void Collapse or a second stack of Instability Exposure.

You may have to stop hitting the boss in the last phase when you get the Corrupted Existence debuff so you don’t Leech yourself to full.

Use Blur and Netherwalk liberally in the last phase if you are not in Metamorphosis since you won’t need them while in meta due to the Leech.

Essences:

Major: Condensed Life-Force

Minors: Breath of the Dying, Vision of Perfection, Conflict and Strife

Boss Notes:

In this fight on Mythic, you will get 3 uses of Metamorphosis. One at the start, one at the start of phase 2, and one with Bloodlust. Don’t use it outside of that since you won’t get any extra uses.

Make sure you get Chaos Brand on the far Synthesis Growths in phase 2, your casters will appreciate you.

In phase 3, you can use Netherwalk to not take damage from the tentacles that slam down from the outside. This is extremely nice when Infinite Darkness and tentacles happen at the exact same time.

N'Zoth the Corruptor

100

Essences:

Major: Condensed Life-Force

Minors: Breath of the Dying, Conflict and Strife, Purification Protocol

Boss Notes:

Hitboxes on the Corruptor and Basher Tentacles are larger than you think. Normally you can cleave both Eye Beam and Blade Dance on them even though at first glance it looks like you can’t.

You can use the small 1 second immunity from the Metamorphosis leap to immune mechanics on this fight. The main one is the sanity drain on mythic from Harvest Thoughts which is extremely important as you only have so many immunities in your raid. You can also immune the application of Evoke Anguish which is extremely nice for extra uptime on the boss with Bloodlust.

All of the damage on this fight is extremely predictable except for when you stand in things. Be sure to use Blur pretty often on the Evoke Anguish debuff.

Netherwalk in the last phase should be saved for when you get a sketchy beam spawn. If you pop Netherwalk before the beam happens you can never die from the beam but you will still get feared. This is ok since fear normally runs you away from the target, which means you will stay out of the anguish on the ground.
